From the day we attended their home open, until the day we vacated and finalised our dealings, their... team has been nothing short of outstanding. After some research, I chose Key Residential Rental Management to look after one of my rental properties. From 1st time meeting Geoff, to vet out a suitable tenant from multiple... applicants, to the signing of lease agreement and finally handing over a set of keys to the tenant, Key Residential Rental Management demonstrated effective and efficient. It has a process in place that encourages both property manager and property owner practice due diligence, which is better than my past experiences with 4 other property management businesses.
