Key Residential were our property managers for over 2 years before the owner sold the house. I can only say these are one of the BEST property Managers in town. Geoff the owner is... one awesome down to Earth dude and this goes to all the property managers and office staff. However,our amazing property manager Alison tops the list as she always went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. She always looked after both the tenants (us) and the owner's best interest. These guys promptly responded to emails and any house issues were dealt with almost immediately. They are respectful and approachable. I honestly can't fault them in any way. They are super understanding when circumstances change and super accommodating. When we have an investment property in the future, I will definitely approach them first. I highly recommend them to any prospective tenants and any owners .read more

A couple of months ago we were on the hunt for a new property manager for our two properties as we were having so many issues with our existing company. This was a very stressful... process as we wanted to make sure we could find someone that we could trust and would look after our properties and were worried about making the wrong choice.After much deliberating we decided to engage Key Residential and we have Alison as our Property manager. We feel like we really hit the jackpot! I was with this realestate for almost three years and I have never had an experience with a realestate as good as key residential. The staff there will go above and beyond for... you, helping with any enquires you might have as soon as they can. I have never had to wait more than a couple of hours for a response, where I would usually expect a couple of business days for a response. Extremely sad my new home is not through the same realestate, and I hope to rent through key residential again in the future.read more

From the day we attended their home open, until the day we vacated and finalised our dealings, their... team has been nothing short of outstanding. Geoff & Alison were always prompt, forthcoming & honest in all our dealings with them. All communication was very easy & friendly. After some research, I chose Key Residential Rental Management to look after one of my rental properties. From 1st time meeting Geoff, to vet out a suitable tenant from multiple... applicants, to the signing of lease agreement and finally handing over a set of keys to the tenant, Key Residential Rental Management demonstrated effective and efficient. It has a process in place that encourages both property manager and property owner practice due diligence, which is better than my past experiences with 4 other property management businesses. Though I am only at the early stage of entrusting Key Residential Rental Management taking care of my investment, I feel the process they have in place, when practiced diligently, can produce good outcome.read more
