Key Residential is committed to understanding your individual needs and providing excellent no fuss service at all times.
Two property inspectors
Did you know we have two (2) property inspectors on each and every property inspection. This ensures two sets of eyes viewing your property at all times and ensures the property manager is able to report to you sooner. All inspectors are staff, employed by Key Residential and not subcontracted to outside companies. We conduct an initial inspection 4-6 weeks after the new tenancy commences and then every 3 months thereafter. The inspection maintenance reports are sent to you by email showing 20+ photos of the internal and external features of your property including comments on presentation. Sample reports available by request.
Ask to see our “Service Guarantee”. – should you be unsatisfied with our level of service (at any time) we will guarantee to return the property to you within 7 days. In this way you are not locked into a management company you are unable or unwilling to work with. The service guarantee is written into the standard REIWA contract to release you from the obligations.
Mid week and weekend home opens
We will open your property, at least twice a week with a home open scheduled mid week and on the weekend, to ensure your property is viewed quickly and easily by prospective tenants. All times are clearly advertised on all industry websites or appointments scheduled individually if need be.
Finding the best tenant-fast
Key Residential advertises on seven (7) real estate websites which include reiwa.com.au, realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rent.com.au, realestateview.com.au, thewest.com.au, keyres.com.au
All our rental properties are photographed by a professional photographer (at no cost to you) – take a look at our current rental property listings to view the photo quality for yourself.
No Court costs
In the (unlikely) event we are required to attend the Magistrates court on your behalf, Key Residential will not charge you any fee for this service. Many property management companies charge an owner $300 - $660 for this service or an hourly rate. We like to think if we do have a problem, let’s get on a fix the issue without further inconveniencing the owner in time and money.
Insurance claims – no fee
No fee for any insurance claims we manage on your behalf for a building insurance claim or tenancy landlord insurance claim.
